Initiate Your Request
Log into your Vesta Home account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all protective foam and assembly hardware, to prevent damage during transit.
Apply Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
